My heart cries out for Moab;
His fugitives are as far as (A)Zoar and Eglath-shelishiyah,
For they go up the (B)ascent of Luhith weeping;
Surely on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of distress (C)over their ruin.
For the (D)waters of Nimrim are [a]desolate.
Surely the grass is withered, the tender grass [b]died out,
There is (E)no green thing.
Therefore the (F)abundance which they have acquired and stored up
They carry off over the brook of [c]Arabim.
